As a resident of the Tri-Cities area for all of my life, I have been actively involved in the real estate industry for over 25 years. Over the course of my career, my passion for real estate has continued to grow. After being a licensed contractor for 10 years, I retired my license in 2010 so I could focus solely on real estate. My experience has given me extensive market knowledge and enable me to master expert negotiation skills.

Although I work with ALL types of listings, I specialize in lakefront properties. I have lived on the lake the majority of my life and I am familiar with every dimension of it enabling me to market lake properties with true expertise. I often show lake properties by taking clients out on my own boat, so the property can be viewed directly from the water.

My wife, Debi joined me to work in the real estate field full time in 2011. She has owned her own successful furniture and interior design business in Elizabethton for many years and has numerous business contacts in our local market. Debi brings an area of expertise in marketing, sales and staging your home to its best advantage.

As full time agents, we are committed to superior client service making client satisfaction our main objective in the real estate industry. It is because of this that our clients are made up of repeat customers and previous client referrals. I am also fully staffed with an assistant who calls clients on a weekly basis to inform them of any feedback from showings or discuss additional marketing ideas.
